MONTHLY THEME - Mentorship was designed as a 12-month journey (you can move through at your own pace) with each month centred around a specific theme designed to refine how you show up, prioritize what matters and attune to your centre.
THEMES INCLUDE:
Raising your vibration, inner and outer teachers, open to receive, desire, masculine, feminine, mediator, devotion, radiance, innocence, wild, mystic.

MOVEMENT CLASSES (Body)- Each monthly theme has two yoga-based movement classes
Alchemy Fire- Is a stronger more fire based practice designed for cathartic release.
Alchemy Soma- Is a sweet restorative based practice designed for soft receivership.

Discourse (Mind)- Each month has a theme based discoursed led solo by myself or some months I bring in a guest teacher to have a conversation alongside.

MEDITATIONS (Spirit)- Each monthly theme has a supportive meditation followed by a member spotlight session with me where questions and conversation unfold.
